Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Business Partner.
  • Experience working in a warehouse and/or distribution center and/or in logistics setting is a strong asset.
  • University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources Management or comparable is required.
  • CHRP or CHRL designation (or working toward) is an asset.
  • At least 3 years of experience working under, interpreting, and understanding employment principles and legislation in Ontario is required.
  • Must be a curious and resourceful self-starter.
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Superior English-language communications skills, both written and oral.
  • A strong and engaging collaborator with a focus on building and maintaining a positive organizational culture.
  • Critical decision-making, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills are required.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable.
  • Proficiency in technology (e.g., Microsoft Office, cloud storage, video conference software, HRIS, benefits software).
  • Ability to work full-time in-person at our location.
  • Must be legally entitled to work for us in Canada.
