About the Role

Adecco Canada is currently hiring a full-time Project Coordinator to support our client with their oil and gas projects in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and participate in various project meetings, including working committees, steering committees, and workshops;
  • Work with project managers to prepare meeting materials, such as PowerPoint presentations;
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on actions and decisions made during meetings;
  • Create and maintain project trackers, including RAID logs, risks, actions, issues, and decisions;
  • Assist with reporting requirements and build interfaces;
  • Maintain team content servers, SharePoint sites, Microsoft Teams channels, and email distribution lists;
  • Perform document management and maintain documentation libraries;
  • Create and maintain project calendars, extract reporting from project plans, and manage team member vacation schedules;
  • Support miscellaneous project team requests and perform ad-hoc tasks;

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years of project coordination and administrative experience in the oil and gas industry;
  • Experience monitoring project plans, schedules, and organizing stakeholder meetings;
  • Ability to take detailed meeting minutes and ensure project deadlines are met;
  • Experience with document management, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Office 365;

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Adecco Canada offers a competitive benefits package, including paid weekly, medical and dental benefits, free training programs, and a new and quicker onboarding process.
