About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Ramesh Sarma. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring the individual's physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist with medication administration and plan therapeutic diets and menus to promote optimal health.
  • Provide companionship and support, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account the individual's dietary needs and preferences.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
