About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Home Concierge - Limited Partnership. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, and exercise.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to support clients' independence and well-being.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their physical and mental health.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized Personal Support Worker program or equivalent experience.
  • Current Level 1 First Aid and CPR/AED certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to care delivery.
