About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Home Concierge - Limited Partnership. As a PSW, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our members in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, and exercise
  • Support members with meal preparation, laundry, and household tasks
  • Escort members to appointments and outings
  • Observe and report any changes in member status to the Concierge and Director of Operations
Requirements
  • Graduate from a recognized Personal Support Worker program, Health Care Aide Program, or an International Educated Nurse
  • Level 1 First Aid, CPR/AED Certificate
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and walk, sit, and stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
