About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Co-op Program at PepsiCo. As a Sales Co-op, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, learn from experienced professionals, and develop critical business skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain a growing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business by selling and marketing our products to a set group of retailers.
  • Learn what it takes to develop and sustain a growing CPG business and stretch your current skills by selling and marketing our products to a set group of retailers.
  • Gain critical sales experiences including but not limited to:
    • Developing relationships across our Field Sales network, receive best in class coaching & engage in career connects with Leadership.
    • Leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
    • Sell & service our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements.
    • Flex both your entrepreneurial muscles and your physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays.
  • Work closely with our Sales leaders and will be responsible for utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers.
  • Key aspects of this assignment can include:
    • POS optimization.
    • Innovation Launch & Sustainment.
    • Customer Development Agreement optimization.
    • Other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities.

Requirements
  • Available to work full time.
  • In your third year of study, Business Degree preferred.
  • Valid, full driver's license, with a clean driving record & reliable daily access to a personal vehicle.
  • High academic achievement along with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time.
  • A skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization, from front-line to executive.
  • A self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities and manage work schedule.
