We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Milton Halal Meat. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Cut and trim meats to order
- Prepare special cuts of meat
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Remove bones from meat
- Weigh meats for sale
- Cut poultry into parts
- Price meat products
- Grind meats
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Our butcher shop and supermarket/grocery store environments require a high level of organization and attention to detail.
