RIDGEVIEW PAVING LTD. is seeking a skilled Paving Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our paving equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a variety of heavy equipment, including pavers, rollers, and excavators
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, and refilling fuel tanks
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
