Job Summary:

The Commercial Associate role is an entry-level position at Citi, providing a foundation of knowledge and training to contribute as a valuable resource in the company. Associates receive real-world work experience and add value to their teams during their time at Citi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support country commercial banking coverage teams in all aspects, including research, analysis, and project coordination.
  • Conduct company research and industry analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze financial data and create financial models to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Interact with partners, including credit underwriting and risk management teams.
  • Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Assess risk and make business decisions that align with Citi's reputation and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office tools.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience (MBA or CFA an asset).
