Job Title: Assistant Vice President, Human Resources

Shangri-La Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Vice President, Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading and developing strategies for talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the region.
  • Lead the design and execution of innovative recruiting plans and activities to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and HR colleagues.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams on talent acquisition best practices and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the Global TA team to ensure alignment with company-wide talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, and/or talent management in large complex organizations.
  • Proven track record of success in creating and implementing talent planning, sourcing, recruiting, and deployment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage global business partners.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition technologies and systems, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills at executive level, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
