Job Title: Assistant Vice President, Human Resources

Shangri-La Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, Human Resources to lead our talent acquisition efforts in China. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet business objectives
  • Lead the design and development of innovative recruiting plans and activities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and HR partners
  • Collaborate with the Global TA team to ensure consistency and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Provide guidance and support to HR leaders and recruiters on talent acquisition-related matters
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, and/or talent management in large complex organizations
  • Previous HR management experience and/or recruitment specialist experience (corporate or headhunter)
  • Previous experience in hospitality industry or industry with customer-oriented operations preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to influence and engage global business partners
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
