Softgoods Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Softgoods Associate to join our team at Giant Tiger in La Ronge. As a Softgoods Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including softgoods products and services.
- Restock and replenish merchandise as needed, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a consistent and appealing store appearance.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs), and perform other physical demands of the role.
