As an IT Service Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of IT services, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain IT service management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ITIL methodology.
  • Lead and facilitate IT service management practice meetings, instructional documentation, and training to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that all IT service management processes are followed, including incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to identify and resolve IT service issues, ensuring minimal impact on customers.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methods and principles to enhance IT service management processes.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in business, information systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • ITIL Foundation certification required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification an asset.
  • Experience with IT service management software tools preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, including operating systems, networking, databases, information security, and web applications.
