We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Analyst to join our team at Net2Source Inc. as a Marketing Expert. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their online advertising and marketing needs, and provide strategic consultations to increase the value of their online advertisements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase customer investment and/or increase the length of time that a customer will maintain their campaign.
- Provide strategic advertising consultations to clients to capture sales opportunities that include an advertising campaign relevant to client goals/needs.
- Contact clients to set up multiple calls to build a relationship and to better understand and help them achieve their goals.
- Work with clients to optimize their online advertisements and increase their return on investment.
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in relationship sales and digital marketing.
- 4 years of overall work experience.
- BPO experience required.
- Deep knowledge of sales, verticals, and local market knowledge as well as cross-channel media selling.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills.
- Professional sales skills with a strong phone presence and solutions mindset.
- Experience working with customers from North America.
