**Job Summary**

High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP IS Oil Support Consultant to join their project as a technical expert. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing technical and functional support for SAP IS Oil solutions related to RFNO (Retail Fuel Network Operations) and Pricing.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide technical and functional support for SAP IS Oil solutions, including troubleshooting, configuration, and user support.
  • Collaborate with end-users to understand their technical issues related to RFNO and pricing.
  • Investigate and resolve SAP IS Oil system errors, configuration issues, and data discrepancies.
  • Configure and customize SAP IS Oil modules to meet client needs.
  • Provide guidance on pricing strategies and system enhancements.
  • Assist in testing and deploying SAP updates and patches.
  • Inform and assist end-users on SAP functionality and best practices.
  • Train other consultants in IS-Oil functionality.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA consultant, with a focus on IS Oil.
  • Experience with Implico SAP module for RFNO is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of RFNO processes and Pricing strategies is considered an asset.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
