Digital Experience Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sr Project Manager of Digital Experience to lead our digital initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading efforts across our core digital properties, including websites and native mobile apps.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management: Direct a large team of creative services, production, and project management professionals to deliver high-quality digital projects.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for digital marketing creation and publishing, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the digital experience team and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Creative Oversight: Oversee the creative direction of digital content, ensuring it aligns with brand standards and marketing goals.
- Quality Assurance and Site Stability: Ensure the highest quality of creative outputs and maintain site stability and content updates.
- Accessibility Reporting and Compliance: Regularly report on AODA compliance across digital properties and work with the Accessibility lead to address any gaps.
- Product Thinking and Analytical Insight: Stay abreast of new trends in technology and industry, encouraging the adoption of new ideas and technologies to elevate the digital experience.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in managing large, cross-functional teams in a digital or creative environment.
- Strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and creative direction.
- Developing and implementing successful digital roadmaps.
- Familiarity with digital analytics, product management concepts, and agile methodologies.
