Job Title: Intermediate Testing Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Testing Consultant to join our team at CB Canada. As an Intermediate Testing Consultant, you will play a key role in planning and executing testing for projects across multiple lines of business.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business data rules and technical data mapping documents to understand testing requirements
  • Complete planning and execution of data testing activities for small, medium, and large initiatives
  • Apply an automation-first mindset to testing activities
  • Collaborate on the best use of regression models, tools, and technologies
  • Report status and/or metrics to various audiences

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in SQA, including self-directed roles
  • Intermediate or better SQL skills
  • Good understanding of ETL concepts
  • Experience with data warehouse, enterprise data lake, and other big data tools and concepts
  • Experience with agile methodology
  • Familiarity with test automation tools and concepts

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Application Programming Interface (API) testing
  • Knowledge of Python
  • Exposure to MongoDB, AWS Cloud
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and planning skills
  • Knowledge of DevOps and Service Virtualization

Assignment Details:
