Personal Lines CSR Role at BIG - Whitby

We are seeking a skilled Personal Lines CSR to join our team at BIG - Whitby. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries, supporting the sales team, and adhering to underwriting guidelines and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound client inquiries and outbound client follow-up to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Adhere to underwriting guidelines and processes to ensure accurate and timely policy issuance.
  • Manage policy renewals, reviewing and re-marketing policies, identifying gaps and opportunities, and making recommendations based on individual client needs.
  • Opportunity to earn more through sales and monthly incentives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year RIBO license and 1 year general insurance brokerage experience.
  • Ability to work independently and set daily tasks and goals.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize incoming tasks to meet client expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Prior experience with Powerbroker (or similar) & Company Portals.
