Customer Experience Expert

At Western Coast Insurance Services, we're looking for skilled professionals who can deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced contact center environment. As an Insurance Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries, and providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming call queues, ensuring prompt and efficient service
  • Analyze customer needs, providing tailored solutions and optimizing sales opportunities
  • Utilize online databases to complete customer transactions and respond to inquiries
  • Make outbound calls for policy renewals and account reviews, adapting sales strategies to meet customer priorities

Requirements

  • Level 1 General Insurance License (training and support provided if unlicensed)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Able to build rapport with customers and work in a team environment

Preferred

  • Call center experience and a Level 1 General Insurance License
  • Previous insurance experience and proficiency in retrieving customer data
  • Recent post-secondary or vocational training

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $67,000
