At Europ Assistance Canada, a part of Generali Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our Product and Pricing team in Toronto.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of local Canadian operations and play a crucial role in the underwriting and profitability management of our Travel Insurance business.

This role involves collaborating with other branches' insurance departments and the global underwriting team to drive commercial success. You will be responsible for evaluating and managing risks, presenting pricing structures, and steering portfolio profitability through technical analysis.

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of statistics and proficiency in regression methods, as well as experience in data manipulation using Python or R. Expertise in Excel is also essential for complex pricing analyses.

A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related discipline is required, along with 4+ years of prior experience as an underwriter or actuarial analyst in the P&C or A&S Insurance business. Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex information are essential for this role.
