Join Our Team as a Senior Actuarial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our Corporate Actuary team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert actuarial advice and support to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement actuarial models to analyze loss reserves and loss adjustment expense reserve adequacy
  • Collaborate with our data science team to develop new reserving methodologies and utilize new tools to stay ahead in the industry
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to ensure their growth and development
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with applicable statutes and precedents
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Sciences or a related field
  • Proven experience in P&C Reserving and Stress Testing (FCT/DCAT)
  • Passed at least 5 of the 9 CAS exams or relevant experience
  • Strong software skills, including SAS, Excel, and VBA
