The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Technical Leader Validation Hardware to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the validation process of our hardware products. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and are free from critical issues during the initial launch phase.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the validation process, including planning, testing, and certification.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy to ensure product quality and reliability.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, quality, and project management, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  4. Coordinate with external laboratories to define and implement testing procedures.
  5. Champion quality, TTM, and other key performance indicators within the V&V team.
  6. Develop and propose action plans to improve project outcomes.
  7. Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 standards and other relevant regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Significant experience in hardware validation and testing.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Jira and other project management tools.
  • Experience with audits and quality management systems.
