Job Title: Construction Project Manager

B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop customized solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello.
