Job Title: Computer Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Manager to join our team at EVOLVE Marketing. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, deployment, and maintenance of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians
  • Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless delivery of IT services
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
  • Recruit and supervise staff, including computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel
  • Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in IT project management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and teams
  • Strong knowledge of computer programming, development, and infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
