Structural Managing Engineer

At Design Works Engineering, we are seeking a highly skilled Structural Managing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating structural design projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate structural design projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project engineers to develop and implement structural design solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in structural design and project management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our designs meet the highest standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in structural engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in structural design and project management.
- Registered as an Engineer-in-training (EIT) or licensed professional engineer (PE).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
