Project Manager or Project Engineer, Structural Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager or Project Engineer to join our Structural Engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading structural analysis and design, project management, and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead structural analysis and design of infrastructure projects
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Mentor and guide junior staff in their professional development
  • Liaise with clients, sub-consultants, and contractors to ensure project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support during construction
  • Prepare proposals and project reports
  • Nurture existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Registered Professional Engineer (Ontario/P.E.O.) with 5 years minimum of licensure
  • Graduation from a University program in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of structural analysis and design experience in the structural/bridge engineering field
  • Solid project management experience with a demonstrated understanding of budget and time constraints
  • Proficiency in Midas Civil (or similar) bridge analysis and design software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
