Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our office operations in Repentigny.

This role is ideal for an individual with previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, who is proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.

About the Role
  • We are looking for someone to answer phones, greet visitors, and handle incoming communications efficiently.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining filing systems, and managing office documentation.
  • You will also assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
