You will also respond to complex customer queries, process transactions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls from retirement plan members, offering support on account details and web/app navigation.
  • Respond to complex customer queries, providing accurate and complete information.
  • Process transactions and assist members with relevant forms.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet service targets, including Average Handling Time (AHT), schedule adherence, and quality assurance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education is preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience.
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
  • Experience working in an office or hybrid environment.
  • Familiarity with working in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a wide range of personalities.
  • Positive team player with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
