About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Attendant to join our team at Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort. As a key member of our Guest Services Team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests receive a warm and personalized welcome from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.
- Transport luggage to and from guest rooms, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Offer hotel orientations to arriving guests, providing them with a comprehensive overview of our resort's amenities and services.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- A competitive hourly rate of $18.59.
