Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Receive and process shipments, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of goods.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, tracking and reporting on stock movements.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and manage shipping documents, including commercial invoices and bills of lading, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a shipping or logistics role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with experience in ERP systems and logistics software an asset.
