Responsibilities:
* Represent the Department on designated committees and coordinate pharmacy initiatives related to designated projects
* Work in a Clinical Pharmacist role when required
* Mentor adult learners and demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills with patients, their representatives, and other healthcare professionals
* Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
* Possess strong time management skills and ability to coordinate complex initiatives to ensure timely completion of activities
Requirements:
* Two years of previous experience in a hospital pharmacy setting
* Entry-level Degree (Bachelor of Science Pharmacy or entry-level PharmD)
* Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP)
* CPRB certification from an accredited Pharmacy Residency Program is an asset
* Valid Class 5 driver's license
* Membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacy (CSHP) is an asset
* Pharmacy Association of Saskatchewan (PAS)
Preferred Qualifications:
* HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement
* HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria
