About Astra North Infoteck Inc.: We are a leading provider of digital media solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Production Support Analyst to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Support Analyst to support our Radio/TV Broadcast applications in our Digital Media production environment. The successful candidate will have experience with Radio/TV Broadcast application support, Deskside support, or other functions within the Media space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot network, application, and system issues to resolution and isolate problems using system logs and other tools.
  • Design Akamai cloud-based solutions for the delivery and storage of web applications, sites, and environments.
  • Coordinate with DevOps, CloudOps, developers, and support staff to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
  • Monitor performance metrics for various production systems and identify root cause for technical issues and recommend solutions.
  • Manage vendors, including tracking hardware/software issues and driving vendors to resolve issues.
  • Follow ITIL processes and procedures for incident management, change management, and problem management.
  • Work independently to efficiently and effectively resolve customer and client issues and support team members to meet or exceed required SLA's.
  • Manage security across the environment, including user administration across various applications.
  • Manage service requests related to domains and DNS.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience with Radio/TV Broadcast application support, Deskside support, or other functions within the Media space.
  • Proven ability to work with Media projects to deliver new and enhanced functionality to the business.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
