Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Okanagan Seasons Resort. As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and dust-free space.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and comfortable sleeping environment.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to guests.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and hygienic space.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:
