We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Bamboo Chopsticks Express. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
- Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Cleanliness: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
As a Line Cook at Bamboo Chopsticks Express, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure to meet the demands of a busy kitchen.
Requirements- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the kitchen.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
