Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Labourer to join our team at Chatsworth Fine Homes. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload and transport construction materials
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
  • Install metal stud framing and furring for interior drywall or plaster walls and ceilings, using hand and power tools
Requirements
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to lift heavy loads
  • Manual dexterity
