Safe Engineering Services & technologies Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Representative and Sales Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a genuine desire to help others, and demonstrate sound judgment, initiative, and diplomacy. You will receive and direct incoming calls, welcome visitors to SES, and provide general information and assistance. You will also assist your colleagues with their work and perform routine administrative tasks, including typing and related tasks assigned to you. You will also assist the Client Administrative Supervisor with various tasks such as invoicing, accounts receivable management, and writing routine correspondence. You will be an integral part of the SES sales and marketing team, and your opinions will be sought.
Requirements
- Utilize a multi-line telephone system, a computer, and other regular office materials; type accurately on a keyboard; manage a large volume of telephone calls with courtesy, speed, and precision.
- Communicate with the public in a courteous and professional manner by telephone and in person.
- Work independently with general supervision.
- Understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Excellent English and French language skills - ability to express oneself clearly in written English.
- Very good knowledge of English due to the documentation and communications with clients who are over 95% outside Quebec.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in French and English.
- Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite (Word and Outlook are mandatory, PowerPoint and Excel are assets) and open to the idea of using other software.
The selected candidate should have a university degree, but it is not a requirement.
