Billing Coordinator

Voyago is seeking a skilled Billing Clerk to join our team in London, Ontario.
About the Role
The Billing Clerk will be responsible for processing all aspects of Checker processing, NEMT ride closeouts, and related reports while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing
- Process NEMT rides and reconcile statements
- Run reports and maintain accurate records
- Process payments and issue invoices
- Provide customer service and resolve billing discrepancies
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Issue credits and rebills for patient pay disputes
- Provide assistance with Checker invoice adjustments
Administrative
- File and scan Transfer Call Reports
- Update and maintain procedure binders
Requirements
Qualifications:
- College diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
