Job Summary

Fraser Health is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the Strategic Development and Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior leadership, planning, and direction for the development and management of Fraser Health facilities, including leasing and property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the development and management of Fraser Health facilities
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of capital projects and strategic plans
  • Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with business partners and external stakeholders
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Ensure the efficient utilization of financial resources and effective management of operating and capital expenditures
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support strategic goals and objectives
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and/or professional designation in a relevant discipline, supplemented by fifteen years of recent, related experience in progressively more complex and senior management/leadership roles in a large multi-site organization.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework of Clear, Caring and Courageous and create the conditions for people to succeed.
