About the Role

HelloFresh is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quality against packing slips and invoices
  • Count and weigh items to verify information on shipment documents
  • Label, tag, and store items in designated locations, adhering to food safety and inventory procedures
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and reduce inventory buildup
  • Collaborate with the Production Management team to establish work priorities and optimize material flow
  • Identify quality issues with incoming products and work with teams to ensure only the best products are accepted
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times
  • Prepare ship-out documents and ensure timely completion of shipments
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs
  • Experience with standing for prolonged periods and regular bending, twisting, and walking
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of warehouse experience in a food processing, manufacturing, or service industry
  • Familiarity with MS Office and/or Google Apps and ability to learn new technologies
  • Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
  • Experience with inventory management and control
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
