Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ambica Ltd. O/A Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Client focus, flexibility, and team player
This is a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
