- Assist clients with mobility and transfer activities, such as walking and using the bathroom.
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks, as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
- Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license, where required
- Food Safe certificate, where required
