Job Summary:The Home Care Worker will provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities in their homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
- Administer medications and provide medical care as needed
- Provide companionship and social support to clients
- Assist clients with mobility and transfer activities
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Assist clients with shopping and errands
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
