Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at HPP Tolling Facility Canada Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe working conditions.
  • Coordinate and manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and efficiency within the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
