Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at Torque & Hammer Pile Driving Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, conducting pre-operational checks, and performing minor repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators and bulldozers
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe operation
- Perform minor repairs to equipment as needed
- Clean and lubricate equipment to maintain optimal performance
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in heavy equipment operation
- Industrial/commercial/institutional (ICI) construction or residential construction experience
Working Conditions:
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- Permanent work term
- English language required
