Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Stores Associate I. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Deliver sales results, meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, including features, benefits, and applications
- Assist with brand awareness and social media initiatives, working closely with store management to promote the brand and engage with customers
- Qualifications: 0-3 years of retail experience, confident and comfortable engaging customers, motivated to achieve great results, self-motivated, and flexible availability
