**Job Title:** Sales Associate - Retail Experience
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Accoravillage. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by being knowledgeable about all products offered
- Deliver sales and operational expectations while maintaining personal and productivity goals
- Connect with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs
- Maintain awareness of all product knowledge through product knowledge training
- Assist with brand awareness by assisting store management with marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of retail experience
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience
- Motivated to achieve great results due to enthusiasm for the retail environment
- Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
