Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Stores Associate I. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Deliver sales results, meeting or exceeding targets while maintaining operational excellence
- Maintain personal and productivity goals, staying focused on achieving results
- Connect with customers, asking open-ended questions to assess their needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on trends and new releases
- Assist with brand awareness initiatives, supporting store management with social media and in-store promotions
- 0-3 years of retail experience, with a proven track record of delivering results
- Confidence and comfort engaging customers, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Motivation to achieve great results, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
