About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiving Specialist to join our team at Foam Lake Health Centre. In this dynamic position, you will provide personal care and support services to clients, empowering them to maintain their independence and overall well-being.

Job Summary

This is a casual opportunity that requires a high level of organizational skills, effective communication, and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) certificate and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and activities of daily living for clients to promote optimal functioning
  • Support clients in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs
Requirements
  • Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) certificate
  • Organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary within Pay Band 12 ($23,170 - $24,840), depending on experience. This range provides a 3-step progression, offering opportunities for career growth and development.
