Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Yukon University is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting the university's strategic objectives and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to university leadership, managers, and staff
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business results and improve employee engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs and employee development initiatives
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee communications
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and employee relations
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
