Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager – Compact Construction Equipment to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, and developing key business strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities: Identify potential customers, develop relationships, and negotiate sales deals.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships: Regularly interact with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure repeat and referral business.
- Develop product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all compact construction equipment offered by Brandt and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
- Meet sales targets: Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance indicators.
- Document sales activities: Complete accurate and timely sales documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, as well as a strong entrepreneurial outlook. Proficient computer knowledge, including Microsoft office suite, and sales industry experience are also essential.
Salary Estimate
The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
